This is a courduroy plushie of Cheer Bear from the Care Bears - 2004. This Care Bear is approximately 10 inches tall, and comes as shown in the pictures: in overall good condition with some wear from normal play and handling. Of particular note, as shown in one of the close ups, the lettering on the plastic heart on her butt has rubs.
